The Angel Network of Cooperstown aids families with one or more children in the Cooperstown Central School District. If you need assistance and would like to be considered an “Angel Family,” please complete the intake form below and a representative from the Angel Network will contact you. You can also contact your child’s school counselor at the Cooperstown Elementary School at 607-547-9976 or the Cooperstown Jr./Sr. High School at 607-547-8181.
If you wish to apply to receive specific items and services from the Angel Network program at any point during the year you can also complete our Request Form. This form can also be used to request tutoring/summer camp scholarships and assistance with basic necessities (i.e. food, clothing, winter jackets, heating bills, etc.).
